Are you licensed in my state?
Transaction coordination is an unlicensed administrative role in most US states. We operate under your supervision as your broker's unlicensed assistant. We do not advise clients, negotiate terms, or perform any activity reserved to licensed agents or attorneys.
What if there's a mistake on my file?
Every file goes through human quality assurance before delivery. We carry professional indemnity insurance on every engagement. Critically — you review all work before anything goes to a client. We are your back-office, not your replacement.
How is the free trial file actually free?
We run your first file end-to-end at no cost. If you're satisfied with the output, we continue on a per-file basis. If not, you pay nothing and we part ways. The economics work because our retention rate exceeds ninety percent once agents see the output.
